For those uninitiated with the world of Splinter Cell, Sam Fisher is a seasoned covert machinist in a fictional top-bolt from the blue branch of the NSA called Third Stratum. He uses his skills as a ex- Navy Seal to carry out black-op missions utilizing high tech weapons and gadgets. First released in 2002, the run has spawned 6 games and sold over 23 million copies worldwide.
